Please be advised that the following information is available for viewing at the Village of Beechy during regular office hours:

-a statement of the municipality’s revenues, expenditures and debt payments.
-a comparison of the municipality’s revenues to the municipality’s expenditures and debt payments, expressed as a ratio.
-any explanation of the ratio mentioned above.
-a copy of the notice that the information pursuant to Section 54 of The Municipalities Regulations, Subsection 22.5 of The Cities Regulations or Section 44 of The Northern Municipalities Regulations, is available for public inspection at the municipality’s municipal office during regular office hours. I.e. previous year’s financial overview, current waterworks rate policy and capital investment strategy, current waterworks reserves, most recent waterworks independent engineering assessment, capital plans and sources of funding for the infrastructure projects, and existing agreements respecting provision of waterworks services. *
