Sewer Snake Services

During Regular Business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm):

  • $100 minimum charge for the first hour
  • $75 per hour for every hour after the first hour Anytime outside of regular business hours or on a holiday:
  • $200 minimum charge for the first hour
  • $150 per hour for every hour after the first hour RootX – $70 per case Sewer Auger is to be used by Village staff / Council only

Custom Work from Village Maintenance Person – $75 per hour for any labor not covered by rental rates in this schedule

Mowing

Large Tractor: $150 per hour, includes labor

Front Mount Mower – $100 per hour (1 hour minimum charge)

Snow Blowing – $150 per hour with large tractor (1 hour minimum charge)

Photocopies – $0.25 each

Village Maps (photocopied) – Free

Camping Fees – $35 per day, electric or non-electric

Mileage – in accordance with Government of Saskatchewan Travel Allowance

Meal Allowance in accordance with Government of Saskatchewan Travel Allowance

Damage Deposits – Equivalent to one month’s rent ( as per legislation)

Tractor Bucket Load of Sand or Gravel – $25 per tractor bucket load

Administrative Rates

Tax Certificates – 1 Tax Certificate, per tax roll, issued at $20.00

Reprints of Municipal Documents Tax Notice $10, Utility Notice $5.00, Tax/Utility Ledger – $5.00

Land Titles Application for Land Titles Transfer, per lot, at a rate of $25.00, plus $12.50 x 2 (Title Surrender, Title Setup) per lot, plus any additional/applicable fees for Notary/Commissioner of Oaths

Tax Enforcement Flat rate fee of $100.00 once Registration for Tax Lien begins, plus any advertising costs, as per The Tax Enforcement Act (will vary per year), plus any costs for registered mail through Canada Post

SAMA Property Reports Detailed Property Report, per lot, at $10.00, Basic Property Report, per lot, at $5.00

Utility Arrears Letters That after an account is in arrears for a second quarter consecutively, a flat rate of $15.00 is added to their billings to cover administrative costs.
